”Mane Event” ~ Join us at High & Mighty for fun and games in celebration of 2014: The Year of the Horse. Proceeds from this second annual fundraiser will benefit High & Mighty programs, scholarships, equipment and care of the horses.

We are so excited for this fundraiser. The day promises to be great fun and we are looking forward to honoring our equine partners and sharing the wonderful gifts of the horse.

Come watch Western, English, Dressage, and Carriage Driving demos. See your favorite breeds, enjoy great food, and participate in a wide range of horsey activities. Especially for children, we will offer face painting, horseshoe making, games, pony rides, and more.

We will be featuring a silent auction, raffles, lunch & snacks. You can also come and shop at the new High & Mighty Shed!

Please let us know if you would like to volunteer for this event or if you would like to donate an item to the silent auction or raffles. We are also looking for delicious donations for our lunch buffet.

Please join us! Admission is free! We are blessed to live in an area that is rich in horsey culture. Come and join the fun. Please email or call 518-672-4202 for more information.

Horseplay Camp

Horseplay camp is an all abilities summer program for children and teens with and without special needs. The camp incorporates a variety of mounted and unmounted equine activities such as riding, driving, horse handling, grooming, stable chores, barn management. All activities emphasize self-development and team building. Students participate in herd observation and study to develop communication, safety, and horsemanship skills. Additional activities include music, movement, drama, arts and crafts.  Each camper leaves their unique “hoof print” on the farm, such as additions to the sensory trail, games for other campers, and signage for our trail system. We emphasize responsible stewardship practices for our Earth, teaching and practicing ways in which to respect, preserve and protect our natural environment.
